When they arrived about 35 mins after appointment time, not a problem as they did call to let me know about the traffic. <br /> He cleared the drain with snake in about 10 mins and made sure all drains were working. <br /> Great job very quick, I was not sure of the price and did not receive a quote before the appointment. He did give me a quote before starting the work and that was fine. I did not ask for a quote due to other repairs on Angie's List as the pricing looked ok. I feel like this is a little high but not sure as I was not able to check other pricing for the same type of service. <br /> The service and people were great I would call them again if needed. He did give me a warranty of 30 days if needed. <br />"

"Unlike other plumbers I called to estimate this job, Michael showed up exactly when he said he would and called when he was 10 minutes away. His plan of attack on this job was much simpler and cleaner than others. (I did NOT have to remove an A/C compressor.) His bid was clear and WRITTEN, not just a casual and quot;that'll be a couple grand.and quot; He used a camera to locate the sewer rather than exploring by digging. The job was promptly scheduled and completed in 2 days except for the hose bib which took under an hour on the next day. Michael and his crew work CLEAN!!
