"OK guys. IF YOU HAVE AN ON DEMAND WATER HEATER--this company IS the one to call They were the FOURTH plumber I called who came. The first two were terrible--left for 'parts' never to be seen again, then came and tried to look it up on Utibe was they had not a clue how to deal with electric on demand wall water heaters. #3 never showed at all. STEVE'S HAS CERTIFIED ON DEMAND HEATER TECHS! Rob came, looked it over carefully, looked at the parts I had (water filter and service valves: must be installed with these units or they burn out because you cannot flush them with vinegar every 6 mo. without the service valves, and he water filter keep them from clogging up with calcification) He put parts together, made the 3/4" fir the 1/2" etc. and got everything in place on a flat surface before actually cutting pipe and starting. CAREFUL. The old plumber did NOT install my unit with the filter/service valves and it fried in 2 years--unable to get cleaned. Rob did a GREAT job. Everything was placed in a small space on the wall properly, he soldered everything in, (NO LEAKS of many soldered joints)--and now I have HOT water. YAY! And now I can clean this new unit and keep it going easily!!! CALL STEVE'S. I cannot say enough about them. They also email you invoices, have set pricing so no scalping by the hour shenanigans. They called to confirm, called when en route, and kept me updated throughout. GREAT service and folks! After THREE strikes, I was NOT out! YAY! Mahalo Rob!"

"Isaac was great. He very quickly responded to my Angie's list request for quotes. He showed up when he said he would, diagnosed the problem, left to get parts and go to another appointment. Came back at the time he said he would. He also did great work. Easily fixed a problem in the shower that other plumbers did not want to deal with. He also came up with a solution for fixing the leaking toilet that was missing the flange (ewwww) that did not involve any excavation- saving me lots of $$$. Is plumbing work expensive- you betcha. However, Isaac is in line with or less than other plumbers in the area. He was worth every penny and I will definitely hire him again."
