"Sta-Built was the only company of the four contacted that followed through with a bid. They have great references. Ryan helped with the design. "Purchased a sprinkler tune up and back flow test with
certification. Paul is a busy guy so it took him a day to get back to me which I
think is very reasonable.  We scheduled
the appointment. He was very punctual. I explained that I had just purchased
the house so he explained how to winterize the system at the end of the season
and how to program the timer at no additional cost. During the inspection, he
found three sprinkler heads that needed to be replaced so he replaced those at
the same time. Total additional cost for the heads installed and adjusted?. $8.97.
