Arranged to be on the schedule on Tuesday, clarified that there were two locations, and thought I made it clear the washer and dryer in storage were in good enough condition to donate, which I understood was possible. <br /> As promised, received a call the let me know the truck was on its way. Yard and house debris were removed as requested; proceeded to the storage unit where much to my dismay the washer and dryer were manhandled, dented, scratched and it was obvious they were not headed to be reused. The young man driving the truck was especially polite and helpful. Both young men were courteous and efficient. I just wish the other one hadn't wrecked the washer and dryer. <br /> I will definitely use them again, however, as price was worth it. <br />"
