"We have a rescue dog (blue tick/lab mix) that continually jumps/climbs our fence.  We have tried different type of fencing, barriers, shrubs, etc. to no avail.  Dog Watchers came out within a week of calling, installed the fence, trained the various members of the household.  Still in "training" mode, but both dogs will not go beyond the designated areas.  Trainer was very specific on steps.  Both dogs experienced "corrections".  Boxer only needed one zap.  Will NOT go past the flags.  Rescue dog, we had to go up on the level of correction twice the first day of training.  That was it.  Two weeks and still good. I was contacted on Monday and given an apology with explanation that the company had been short staffed and had tried to contact me earlier, apparently the call going to my Spam box. On 12-14-22, Tyler arrived at 11 AM and immediately went to work to locate the trouble with my underground dog fence. Apparently several breaks were located and repaired, about a 2 hour job. Tyler was very professional and apologetic for not getting out sooner and reduced my service bill by 50% for any inconvenience experienced. I tried to remove the earlier comments posted a few days back but was unsuccessful, thus this new review. Outstanding and pleased with the repair."

"Installation was completed within 2 days of purchasing. Installer arrived on time and was very professional and helpful. I opted to not purchase the professional training of our dog and am reconsidering that decision. I asked the salesperson if the training is difficult, and she correctly told me that it is not difficult. However, it is a little more time consuming than I anticipated ... 20-30 minutes each day for 3 weeks is the recommendation. Only frustration is that our cable line and landscape lighting wire were cut. I had to spend 20 minutes on the phone trying to schedule the cable company to repair the line. Cable company arrived and line is repaired. However, Invisible Fence originally stated that they would repair the landscape light on the following day and still have not come to the house. I had to call a week later to inquire on when the repair will be made. I am now told that a technician will be here in two days."
