It was difficult for the repair person to find however while he was looking he noticed a lack of sealant around several of the roof penetration's metal flashing. He sealed all of these as well as the small leak. Well done - I will use them again if needed.

Michael provided pictures of all of the problem areas as well as the minor repairs he made while he was on the roof. He provided a detailed estimate of the repairs he suggested which included replacing a run of shingles, fixing some flashing that was installed incorrectly and replacing a damaged gutter along with the rotted wood caused by the gutter. The work was completed quickly and office was great at communicating with us about the timing."

"Work was performed on small section of roof shingles damaged by microburst windstorm Saturday, July 8th. I noticed damage on 9th and checked HomeAdvisor for reference. They recommended same contractor who repaired previous leak issues on roof, so I emailed Phil for an appointment. He responded same day and we met following Monday morning. By 3:00 p.m., he contacted a gentleman working with him and the roof section was repaired by 4:15 p.m. that day. I have not been billed for the work yet, so cannot comment on cost, but prior work done for us was quick, thorough, and very fairly-priced. Would recommend this firm highly to anyone needing roofing services."

"Joe did a great job on the roof repair (leak) needed. He came out, checked the roof, showed pictures of the area in need, and gave us a fair estimate. He came out the next day (before a huge rainstorm) and did the repair. He called a few days later to make sure all was good. All this plus a year warranty on the repair. "I canâ  t say enough about the integrity and accountability of Masters Roofing, led by Jeff Matchen. After a storm a year ago, I called them to check out damage to the roof when I found a shingle on the ground. No, there was no damage from that storm, but they did identify hail damage from an earlier storm. And after showing the damage to my insurance adjuster, they installed a new roof, paid for by insurance. The real story, though, occurred a year later, when we noticed some mold on a closet wall after some heavy rains. Jeff came out and suspected there was an issue where the shingles met a dormer. They promptly re-roofed that area, tore out some custom cabinets in the closet and took care of the damage under the sheetrock. Based on the location of the damage, and looking more closely at the source of the water, they suspected that the failure was not from their roofing work, but due to a problem with the metal roof on the dormer. Despite that suspicion, they continued to honor their original ownership of the problem, including remediating the interior damage, replacing the insulation and sheetrock, repainting and, yes, even paying for the replacement custom cabinets! Needless to say, I was greatly relieved with their decision. Their ownership of the problem and candor throughout this situation was tremendous. It was very gratifying to see such professionalism at work. I can enthusiastically recommend Jeff and his company for any roofing work that you might need! Randy Shields"
