It was difficult for the repair person to find however while he was looking he noticed a lack of sealant around several of the roof penetration's metal flashing. He sealed all of these as well as the small leak. Well done - I will use them again if needed.

Michael provided pictures of all of the problem areas as well as the minor repairs he made while he was on the roof. He provided a detailed estimate of the repairs he suggested which included replacing a run of shingles, fixing some flashing that was installed incorrectly and replacing a damaged gutter along with the rotted wood caused by the gutter. The work was completed quickly and office was great at communicating with us about the timing."

He came out the next day (before a huge rainstorm) and did the repair. He called a few days later to make sure all was good. All this plus a year warranty on the repair. Attempts at repair in the past had been unsuccessful with leaks recurring after the repairs were completed. Elite roofing assessed the problems quickly and convinced me they had the ability to fix the problems once and for all. So I agreed to the terms and the workers carried out the repairs in a timely and professional manner, and left the areas very clean when they completed the work.
