"Chisum and his team have gone above and beyond to transform our backyard. We moved into our newly built home in May of 2020 and have had a mostly unusable backyard until now. Chisum responded to my online inquiry on the same day and was out for a visit shortly after to discuss how to install a retaining wall to level the poor grade our home builder left us with. Bond Site Solutions has regraded our backyard, installed a 70ft+ engineered retaining wall, built a paver patio with fire pit, paver trash can area & paver grill area and installed zoysia sod. They've also installed a lighting package to highlight all the beautiful hardscaping. His quotes have all been very competitive and proved to be accurate. We are now enjoying 75% more usable space. His crew is professional and on time. They have not showed up late once, and have only missed days due to weather. The work has all been done the right way. Highly recommend and have already done so to neighbors and family."

We had YYY&D come and gave us a quote which was similar to the 3 other received. We decided to use him and so happy we did! He removed our current wall and was able to reuse all the stone to rebuild. "Gerardo provided us with a quote for a portion of our backyard which was very muddy and swampy. He recommended a drainage system which he and his crew installed. they did an excellent job inserting drainages, pipes and sodding most of that area. now when it rains water does not collect there but flows well. we're happy with his work. That portion was completed. however, there is still sodding to be put on in another area. We would recommend Gerardo to others."
