Brock came out the following day to access the tree then returned 2 days later to remove the tree and stump. He and his entire crew were thorough, professional and efficient. They paid great attention to detail with cleanup. Once they were finished with the job, I remembered another tree in our woods that was dying and asked him about it. He and his crew stayed (well through a normal lunch time) to take that tree down and trim another while there. Again, they were thorough and paid great attention to detail during cleanup. "One of few businesses we have used in the last few years that actually responded immediately to request for quote. This was on a Friday. We agreed on the quote. He said they would be here on Monday morning at 8:30 with 5 men. That is exactly what happened. Rolled in with all equipment needed, cut 4 trees, trimmed 1, ground all stumps, hauled off all wood and brush and were gone by 2pm. Left all areas completely clean. "They did great work, incredibly fast, and with amazing clean up. Without a doubt the most effective and economical tree service we've EVER hired!! The only frustrating issue is communication: 1) No one answers the phone, you always have to leave a message. Messages are returned several days to a week later. 2) Crew speaks Spanish with moderate English comprehension and no fluent English speaker was available. 3) They had to come out a second time because they did not bring the stump removal equipment the first time despite discussion regarding the job before they first came...this was no biggie and did not bother us. However, we discussed three possible dates for return, but no plans were made/confirmation messages were left for any of the three dates. 30 minutes prior to arrival, I got a call at work that the crew was on their way...and I don't have a job that I can leave!!! That being said, they did such a good job, we'd hire them again, but would be ready for a bit of a communication nightmare prior. Probably not good for emergency jobs, but excellent for landscaping and tree maintenance."
