"It was the worst Nightmare of My whole Life and the most traumatizing experience at every single step of the process from day 1 until delivery I got a quote by Safe Ship Moving Company at the beginning for 6992 $ then 1 week before the pick up Safe ship asked to increase the quote by 3500$ after tons fo negotiation we agreed to increase it by 750$ only On Day of Pick up the Driver Of Cita Van Lines came and asked for 3000$ more for Pick up and calling bulky items ( 2 coushes and a Drum set which was already in the Quote from the beginning ) and after 4 hrs 17 min on the phone with safe ship and Cita Van Lines we agreed on extra 500$ only then they took the stuff in a 27 inch truck including 40 Large boxes and 30 small boxes, then on the Delivery They asked me to pay 1500$ more because they will deliver my stuff in 18 wheeler and the street cannot handle it so after 5 phone calls each one between 30 min to an hour we agreed on only extra 1000$ . tons of damaged items on delivery"

The movers (Jordan and Jayce) called well in advance to let me know date and time of pack out. Jordan and Jayce arrived on time on the appointed day and were absolute professionals! They were friendly and courteous, and worked tirelessly to pack out the entire house in a single day. Jordan and Jayce returned the following morning as scheduled to load their truck, and again I was amazed by their work ethic! These two gentlemen are true professionals who deserve better than a five star rating! Over 15,000 pounds packed and loaded in two days! Signed copies of GBLs provided and I am extremely happy with services and personnel of NL Moving and Storage!!!"

"This company?s actions raise serious concerns about their business practices. After my move, I received an additional $1,400 charge. I responded immediately, providing photos and even offering camera footage showing their movers inaccurately reporting hours worked. Instead of reviewing the evidence and correcting the bill, they insisted I pay the full amount. When I asked them to resubmit an invoice reflecting the correct billable hours, they charged my card in full without authorization. I filed a fraud claim with my bank, and the charges were reversed. Since then, the company has not responded to any further communication. In addition to the billing dispute, several of my belongings were broken during the move, and there was damage to the walls of my home. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend others proceed with caution. "

"National Van Lines only sent us two guys to pickup our items. The delivery was much better with three guys. However, they packed our items pretty tight and things got crush a bit. So, the service was okay for the money we paid. "
