Randy was flexible and understanding of my hectic schedule when I made an appointment for the bid. The day he arrived to do the job, he was on time and well prepared. He gave me great advice on the best options to suit my budget and needs. He worked efficiently and cleaned up the mess as he went along. Randy kept true to the time and cost on his bid. There was one small hiccup. He didn’t replace the attic access panel (because I asked him to look at some other things) but I didn’t notice until after he left. I tried but couldn’t move it. He was halfway home when I called him but he came back and took care of the panel. He offered to adjust the price or give a discount for future services.
