"I called Norman’s defeated from receiving an almost 10,000 bid to rid our home of mice. Frank came out after hours on the same day to take a look at our issue. He was so helpful. Answered all of our questions and explained every step of the process. He gave us suggestions of products to buy and tips to rid our home of the mice. He left us traps to use and told us to call him with any questions or issues. He truly cared about my family’s safety. This was top notch service. I can’t thank Norman’s or Frank enough!!
