"Fonda and Steve run a fantastic company, excellent communication and quality of craftsmanship. We used them 1st to build decking over our back patio and a privacy wall, to enclose our hot tub. My first interaction was with the young lady who answered the phone & she was extremely pleasant. We set  up an appointment for the Designer to come out & he was prompt & courteous. He gave us a lot of information about products, the company & time frames for our projects. He also explained that he was going to draw the kitchen & why. We set a second appointment for him to come back. When he returned, he had everything ready for us & to save a substantial amount of money, we started the project. This was the best decision we have made in a long time...especially on this big of a purchase, as we have been saving for a long time for this. (We had obviously done our research on Jericho & trusted their abilities)
The project began as expected...and although there were a couple of short delays(to be expected with a remodel) we watched our kitchen & baths be transformed in to amazing rooms!
We absolutely love the finished product & Mike (our project manager) did a fantastic job coordinating all of the installers with each project & keeping us informed. The quality of products are exceptional...just as we expected. We truly are happy with this project & process. We have done other remodels in the past with other companies (and the projects were much smaller) and they were not good experiences.

"Chris demoed and replaced my tub/shower unit, tile, etc in an upstairs bathroom. Outstanding customer service! He responds to emails, phone calls, and texts almost immediately. He shows up as scheduled, cleans up at the end of the day, is a pleasure to have in the house. I'm pretty picky and although I didn't make many specific requests of Chris, I found his work to be exceptional. Neat, clean, precise. Another plumber had told me that 2 men could not get the old cast iron tub down the stairs and out of the house by themselves. Chris and his associate did it carefully and quickly. "Just a matter of strategy," he said. I am very pleased with the work Chris did and will definitely use him again."
