"Foundation 1 replaced our 28-year-old sump pump. They worked efficiently and did a quality job. They were diligent in protecting our hardwood floor and carpet, and they did a thorough job cleaning up when finished. Our only difficulty was they left the outside water on after mixing the cement, which caused the outside faucet to rupture. However, Foundation 1 addressed our issue and Matt did an excellent job in replacing the faucet. All in all, we are happy with Foundation 1."

I took pictures of the process along the way which the crew was fine with, and they explained what they were doing and why, which I appreciated. It is too soon to tell if their solution has fixed my problem yet but I am hopeful it has.
