"The Pros came to our home to completely grind out an old epoxy garage floor that was a poor job. After a few hours of hard work to get all the old off down to the original concrete, they applied the base coat, added flakes and put a top coat on. Jose` and his partner were meticulous with great attention to detail. Allison in the office made sure our appointment was kept on the day we selected after calling to see if we can reschedule, which we could not. "Working with 360 painting was a great experience. Charlie, the owner, was punctual, easy to work with, and his crew was very professional. His crew fixed a few minor items that were not in the contract and he did not try to nickel and dime me for these small fixes. He just did it because it was the right thing to do. I am a very picky person and I have to say Charlie and his crew did an excellent job. For the quality of the work and the painted used I believe the price was very reasonable. I had quotes from other companies that were a little cheaper but they were going to use cheaper paint and not apply two coats of paint like he did. I would hire him again."

"Roberto did a great job on the overlay and a fair job on the staining. The sealer used does nothing to repel stains from leaves, grass, dirt, water or anything else that lands on it. Roberto suggested using a mixture of Dawn dishwashing liquid and water and to scrub with a brush on the stain. However, this was completely ineffective on most stains. Also, there is a permanent circular mark from something that was set on the concrete while the sealer was being applied. After paying $4000 + for this job, you would expect the sealer to repel stains and to not have a permanent circle on the concrete. Very disappointing. As an added note, Roberto suggested buying a rug to cover up mistakes which occurred during the staining process."
