"Biggins did an outstanding job on a door I thought may need to be replaced as a result of years of sun beaten wear and tear. They made my door look far better than it did the day I purchased my home. Its been just a day and I’ve already had a couple of neighbors ask who did my door. I couldn’t have asked for better folks at Biggins and service. Thank you."

"Our doors were ten years old and really looking worn. Marvin came and recommended a color. We ended up having them restore not only our front doors, but garage doors, shutters and corbels! Taking the front doors off and restoring them in a shop is the only way to do this! They color choice was beautiful. The project was completed on time as promised. All of the doors look better than when they were new! People stop and look at our doors and continuously rave about how beautiful they look. Great job, responsive service. What a relief to find a company with this expertise and service. Keep it up!"

"They were good. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and the doors are working great."

"At first, it went well. Mr. Clarkson, the owner, was nice, knowledgeable, and professional. He came over within a reasonable time frame to bid the job and provided a written estimate that was fair. They also got us on the schedule fairly quickly. The office staff that we spoke to were all nice and professional as well. The siding repair went fine. Then, when they did the roof, we were pleasantly surprised that they finished in one day. However, when we came home to see the roof after it was finished, things started to go awry. We noticed that there was some material still laying in one of our flower beds. When I asked him about it, Mr. Clarkson stated that one of his guys would be "back to finish the drip edge". The man did come back right away, but he never properly finished installing the metal drip edge. I alerted Mr. Clarkson to the fact that a portion of the drip edge was left incomplete. It was very noticeable- I don't see how someone could have accidentally left it that way, honestly. Anyway, Mr. Clarkson responded quickly and stated that someone would come fix it. Ok, no problem. However, when the "someone" arrived to fix it, they still didn't install it correctly. Again, a noticeable piece of the drip edge was missing. So, I contacted Mr. Clarkson again and asked that he personally come look at the "correction". He did so- promptly and without complaint. After seeing the drip edge, he told me that he agreed with me- that it was substandard. He seemed genuinely put out with his own workers for not installing it correctly. He stated that someone would come fix it. So, the third time his guys came out to fix the drip edge rolls around... They showed up at 7:45 pm and it was already dark, so they couldn't adequately see what they were doing. To make matters worse, we observed them climbing on the window trying to reach the repair area. Turns out, they had come to the house to do the repair without even bringing a LADDER! After we let them use our ladder, the drip edge was installed adequately, but jeez...talk about unprofessional! So, overall, it seems that Mr. Clarkson is trying to run an honest and quality business. He really seems to be a nice man, and if this rating were just for him- he'd get an A. However, a business is only as good as the people it employs. There's also a lot to be said for doing things right the first time."

"Jason Dawson did an excellent job servicing my garage door and fixing the sensors today. He was punctual and professional. I called to ask for Jason again as he had installed a new garage door opener for us in 2014. It is still so quiet to this day. I and would recommend Precision Door Service to anyone."

"The quality of the work was absolutely first rate. Hector and his crew were professional, meticulous and very responsive to my requests. They took impressive care with their work and did not rush through or cut corners. They carefully masked windows, etc and covered all things that might get paint on them. There was no paint mess anywhere. Paint edge lines were crisp and perfect. They applied two separate full coats per the contract. The finished product looks great. Most importantly there were NO surprises. Charlie was very helpful in describing the process, answering my questions and aiding me in selecting the appropriate Sherwin Williams paint line. I was very impressed with his approach for achieving a long lasting, nice looking paint finish on stucco."

"It was a very pleasant experience from the first sales appointment to the completion of the installation. the staff is very attentive and always kept me informed of the process. The new roof looks great. Excellent quality of materials as well as labor. 100% recommended."

"Great Company! The complex project went perfect. Tony followed progress very closely and made sure everything was done according to plan and made several requested changes to improve the work at no extra cost. Something other contractors would try to get extra money out of you for the changes. Tony is honest almost to a fault. He keeps his word and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Tx Outdoor Escapes if you want a professional job done at a reasonable price, completed in a timely manner."
