"My mother called and scheduled our move for 1032/25, from one three bedroom apartment to another. She told them right up front that we both have physical limitations, and would need some help with the packing. They then called us to reschedule the move for 11/1 at 8 am, which was too early, so we agreed on 11 am. They claimed that 1) They didn't know we were scheduled for 11 am, and 2) They didn't realize how big the job would be. So we rescheduled again for 11/2 at 9 am. But by the time the move was done, we were still too late to turn in our keys to the old apartment by 4 pm. So we ended up having to pay for three extra days at the old apartment. Plus, they crammed so much stuff into the third bedroom that we could barely move in there, including very heavy, hard to move shelves with packed boxes on them that were placed facing the wall."
