On the first installation day Larry Ivy, Lead Installer, reviewed the renovation requirements with us. His work site preparation was outstanding. All traffic areas were protected very well! All the flooring was covered and all the furniture and the bed in the adjoining room were completed covered to protect from dust and dirt. Best job site prep I have seen in my home! Ever! Larry's work ethic was outstanding! Worked hard all day! When he did take a break they were short and focused on our install; often staging parts and equipment for the next task during the break! He prepped the work area for the plumbers when they came for their part while continuing his tasks as well. The only time I saw Larry pick up his cell phone was to contact Dustin or coordinate with the plumbers. I could go on, but suffice to say; this was a very professional crew that performed a very professional job. Kudos!"
