"They were referred to us by Pro Source. Offered a competitive bid for installation. The install had to go over 2 layers of pre-existing linoleum, and that represented special challenges.They were punctual, pleasant, polite, and did a lovely job. They encountered one issue regarding how to best put a trim piece in place between the kitchen and a carpeted room. That was left undone at the end of the day, but they called to apologize that the job wasn't done in one day. They apparently brainstormed on options, returned the next morning, offered a remedy, and again, did a lovely job.

"Once they have your money and have you sign a form you won't cancel you can't get ahold of them by phone or get them to call you back. They say granite will take one month. When I asked how thin their granite was and wanted it to be the thicker standard used by other companies they said it would have to be ordered. It took 3 months. I kept calling and got no response. I thought I had been scammed because they cashed the check the same day I wrote it. Poor quality granite was used in bathroom. Poorly cut granite by microwave. Carpet scraps were not hauled away."

"Emailed company for an estimate to repair or replace some interior doors. Got a prompt reply and set up a time for the appointment. The owner assessed the job and told us that repair was all that was needed, not replacement. He also gave us some insight into a future job that we are considering and could consider the company for. The repairs were able to be scheduled within a week and the job was well done. Only snag was a little mix up in the time that the job was to start, but this was very minor. Overall we are very happy with the experience. We very much appreciate the experience level of the people we dealt with (Jim and Tom).

"Sears Home Improvement Products have washers and fittings to repair washing machines and such. The staff seem real knowledgeable and they were friendly with my son when my son was asking the sort of questions he asks everyone! The pricing is reasonable."

"Paul did a fantastic job. He was easy to work with, cared about our expectations, was creative in his suggestions, and he was very detailed in his workmanship. He also checked in a few times throughout the week to see if we had any questions or had any comments for him.  Our rooms were initially dingy, outdated, and closed in; now we love being in the new updated space!  It's modern, fresh, open, and bright. "From day 1 it was a night and day experience. They actually showed up, so they were already off to a better start. Worked with the city and structural engineer to ensure safe completion of structural work, worked with me on layout and design. Work area was always tarped off to avoid dirtying up the rest of the house, and the worksite was so clean I wanted to hire them as housecleaners afterwards. Very respectful of our property and time, and our money. There were a couple change orders, and I was on the front of them every time- I knew what was going on, I was able to make decisions on which way I wanted to go with things. There was constant updates and communication, they were always willing to meet me onsite to discuss progress. Their subs were great as well. I had a lot of changes and additions I made during the project and they were happy to accommodate. I was never in the dark on anything- always knew where my money was, if there were delays, if we needed to change or update something. We've already engaged them on another project. I absolutely love these guys and would recommend them to anyone. They saved my house. I was ready to walk away from the stupid thing and now it's coming together as the dream house I hoped it would be.
