"I called and told him my main water valve wasn't shutting off the water. He asked if I tried both valves, I advised him their was only one, he said there should be one also below the meter, sure enough there it was and I turned it while on the phone with him and it worked. He could of not told me about the second shutoff valve and came out and I wouldn't of known the difference. "Nate is the best! We had a copper pipe leak, and Nate was able to be here within a couple of hours. He relaxed the copper section and installed a shut-off valve. I bought a custom-ordered Koehler toilet from Home Depot (never again. I then scheduled Nate to install. Short story: the toilet bowl was broken, and it would take Home Depot weeks to get get a new one. Nate called Ferguson in Plymouth — they had the same model. "This business is a class act from the minute you enter their shop. My cleaner's brushes quit spinning when they touched the carpet. When I came into a the shop on a Sunday afternoon they were very busy and yet apologized to me for not being able to start examining and or repairing it immediately. I left it and received a call promptly Monday morning, explaining in detail what needed to be done and what it would cost. The entire brush assembly had to be replaced but I was told my brushes would go a while longer. I know they were trying to save me money at every turn. When I picked it up I was shown the damaged piece and received a detailed explanation of how he tried but was unable to repair the faulty unit.
