As with most services I am considering, I do my research to make sure that I hire a company that will deliver good results. In researching all of the garage floor coating providers in the Tampa area, I saw many stories of customers that were not happy with the company they selected. Stories of bubbles or voids in the coating were so common that I decided to do some research regarding how the coating should be properly applied. The process is actually very labor and time-intensive, but if done properly, I could see how all of the issues customers were describing could be avoided. Armed with this knowledge, I then spoke with a handful of companies to get quotes. Floor Groomers was the only company I spoke with that did not cut corners in the process, which says a lot about their thoroughness, and it, unfortunately, told me why other providers had some low ratings with customer horror stories. Randy and his son did an outstanding job and I am sure my floor will look as good in 10 years as it does today.
