"They fixed my sprinkler system"

"Arrived on time. Evaluated the work and needed a part. Left my home for at least 45 minutes to an hour. Came back and fixed the leaking main valve in about a half an hour. Charged me $175. I couldn't access the work because I was watching my granddaughter. The day after I noticed one of my sprinkler heads was still leaking. I called and was told that was not why he came originally. As the conversation progressed, I could tell if he came back out it was for an additional charge. Yet, he told me he ran the system and everything was working okay. Again I could not verify because I was inside with my granddaughter. Honestly, I would have paid the additional fees if necessary, but to me, the correct customer service would have been to come out, assess the situation and then talk what needed to be done. Since I knew that was not going to happen I just said forget, I'll get another sprinkler head. Also, he left my yard in a mess; there is a gaping hole where he dug up the cover for the valves and didn't even replace the valve cover properly. Had my granddaughter or anyone stepped on it they would have fell it. I admit he fixed the problem I showed him, but I will render their services again."
