"Do not hire or trust this contractor. There's a reason he's cheap. He pulled the bait and switch. I caught him installing the wrong shingles (worse quality and completely different brand than in our contract). Since then, he's refused to reinstall the correct shingles and has refused to register a warranty for the lower-grade shingles he installed, which is also in our contract. He also told us he was certified with a specific shingle company and was not. He has told at least 18 lies/untruths which I have documented. Two major shingle companies (CertainTeed and Malarkey) got involved in this and both said he misrepresented himself and uncertified him or are in the process. He refuses to make a reasonable price adjustment or fix his mistakes. We are stuck with some roof materials only 60 MPH wind resistant and grade 3, rather than 130 MPH and grade 4 as specified in our contract."

They ruined my above ground pool. They damaged my bay window. They left bare spots all over my ceiling. No insulation was ever put back. I have got plenty of pictures and recordings of conversations. Notice all the good reviews are from last year. This year they make promises no one keeps, no one shows up when you finally get a date from someone. I want my money back! they still have not even vented my water heater or furnace! .5 was the lowest I could give them. My opinion would be -5."
