"Jim Johnson is an exceptional builder and honest businessman. You can tell he does this work because he loves it and genuinely wants his work to be the highest quality. He was referred to me by a co-worker with very high standards, and I am so grateful we were able to have his team do our addition and remodel. We have an older home and needed more space, so we added a bedroom above the garage and connected the new space to the existing home. We also remodeled most rooms, including a full kitchen expansion and remodel, new floors throughout, all new electrical wiring, HVAC, interior and exterior paint, plumbing upgrades (and moved a bathroom), and we added a front porch. There were problems along the way, which you'd expect with a project of this size, but Jim did his best to stay within the agreed-upon timeline. Every problem or decision was discussed in a transparent and collaborative way, and his suggestions saved us from future headaches. We now have a solid home that is well-designed and functional. From the big items such as the flow of a new room, down to the motion-detecting lights he suggested for our driveway...no detail is overlooked by Jim, Harvey, and the team. Her design expertise from years of experience was evident from the start. She helped us tear out old shelving and cabinetry to create a beautiful accent wall, as well facelift the old brick fireplace with beautifil stone veneer, and select new flooring throughout the downstairs. In addtion, she created a new living space in the family room with a unique furniture placement design that created a much more inviting and intimate space to enjoy with company. Her expertise with helping us select materials and colors ensured a beautifully blended look that we would never have been able to achieve on our own. "Everyone at ARC Glass was very professional and courteous, especially the lady who took our order over the phone. They were prompt and got things done as soon as possible. We had to replace a broken window. They came to measure, then a few days later with a new piece of glass. Unfortunately, the glass was 5/8 of an inch too small on one side, so somebody messed up somewhere. But they were very apologetic, installed that glass and taped the gap, and immediately re-ordered the glass. They were back with it a couple of days later, and this time it fit, and they did a good job replacing it. They cleaned it thoroughly, which was nice. We felt they gave us a very fair price. Apart from the one mistake, our experience with them was positive in every way, and we would definitely use them again and recommend them."
