"<p><em>Everything went <strong>great</strong> from start to finish.  When I called Lisa she answered her phone immediately and we set up a date for her to come out and see our condo.  My schedule was very limited because I was traveling back and forth from Massachusetts to Houston due to my husband's transfer.  She worked with my schedule and was able to come out in a couple of days.  Once she was there she took notes and pictures to help formulate the plan for what she was going to do.  As we went around the condo she told me what she thought would work in each room and also gave me suggestions as to what I could do to help sell the condo.  She also asked my thoughts and opinions as we went along to be sure I liked what she had in mind.  After her visit she immediately sent me a Homeowner's Checklist which included an action plan of what should be done before she came back to stage the condo.  It also gave some pointers as to what would help when "showing" the condo.  </em></p> <em> </em> <p><em>Within a few days she emailed me with her Staging Plan and Estimate.  She gave a brief synopsis of her thoughts about the condo.  She made a couple of comments about each room and included a list of the items she was going to use in each room and where she was going to put them.  </em></p> <em> </em> <p><em>Transfers don't always go smoothly so it was almost 2 months before we were actually ready for Lisa to come and stage.  We kept in touch the entire time and once we were ready she came out as scheduled (the day after I arrived back in Houston).  Once again I was working on a tight deadline since I was only in town for a few days and needed the staging done so the photographer could take the pictures for the "listing".</em></p> <em> </em> <p><em>Lisa arrived with her associate Donna at the scheduled time.  She brought everything she needed to get the condo staged.  A few trips up and down in the elevator (since we are on the 8th floor) and they got right to work.  Lisa brought lots of greenery, several pictures, decorative pillows, books, beautiful bedding, lamps, accent pieces, baskets, towels, accessories, placemats, artwork, a mirror, a table, a chair and more.  I honestly don't know how she fit it all in her van!  Within a few hours our condo was transformed into a home that looked ready for Better Homes & Gardens Magazine.  Lisa's attention to detail and her eye for color truly showed when she was all done.  Her staging of our 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining and living room areas, the entry way and the balcony made such an amazing difference to the overall look of our condo.  I have seen staging done on TV before but now I have had the pleasure of the experience myself.  I have no doubt that our condo will sell quickly thanks in large part to the amazing job Lisa did.  I am now back in Massachusetts with at least 3 feet of snow outside my door and I can't wait for the condo to sell so I can get back to Houston and the warmer weather (if only to pack things up for the movers).</em>  </p> <p><strong><em>Working with Lisa (and Donna) was a pleasure.  Lisa was always punctual, dependable, professional and very pleasant.  I wasn't sure what to expect since this was my first experience using someone to stage a property.  I was thrilled with the entire process and would recommend Lisa Kendig and her company Ready for Market Home Staging to anyone who has a home to sell.</em></strong>  </p> <br />"

"We found Tim and his company through a recommendation from Amazon when we purchased the TV and soundbar wall mounts. Tim came out to take a look at our equipment and wall to give us an estimate. He was incredibly nice and professional. I had a lot of questions for him and he was very honest. Scheduling the appointment for installation was easy on this website. His company website was user-friendly and had a lot of info and pictures pertaining to stereo and home theater installation. Tim sent me a text to confirm the appointment a few days before and him and his partner showed up on time. They worked fast! They are true experts! We decided beforehand to hide the power cord and wires behind the wall. At first I was worried about drilling a hole in the wall but Tim reassured me that it would look much nicer and I'm so glad I took his advice. He did a beautiful job of drilling a small enough area to fit the cords/wires and covered it up with a plate behind the TV. He had no trouble installing the wall mounts that I had already purchased. Now, my TV and soundbar look beautiful on my wall!"
