"Joseph Donabella was the handyman that came and fixed my front door. I have not been able to use my deadbolt for years. Joe took the door off and refit it properly so I can now use my deadbolt again. My door knob lock was also sticking. After he checked it he said I needed to replace the door knob due to its age and suggested I go to a hardware store so I can get the new knob and get it rekeyed to my current key. He was very pleasant and professional. I would work with him again."

"Gary was incredible to work with! While remodeling an old convenience store we found a floor safe when we moved a shelf to replace the flooring. We were so excited to find the safe, but disappointed when previous owners hadn’t heard about it, and the combination had been lost to history. Gary came to our rescue and spent an entire day with us at our resort cracking the code. Once he got the safe open it revealed a second safe! He then proceeded to work on that one for several more hours until he got it open! Unfortunately there wasn’t any treasure, sticks, bonds, or money. "They arrived on time, finished the work quickly.  The install was on a thursday.  However, when it began raining on Saturday it rained IN the house!  So we called, and they came out the same day (a Saturday) and  fixed it up.  The next week, it began making a weird vhoom noise periodically.  However, when they came to repair it the noise wasn't happening, and I wasn't sure they'd believe me.  On the contrary, they not only believed me, they shortened the water line and turned down the pressure on the water line, since they thought that was likely to cause the sound.  It hasn't made a sound since, in 2 months. <br /> They didn't get it right the first time, but they did a phenomenal job with follow up and getting the job done right. <br /> <br /> <br />"
