"We had a wonderful experience with Footprints! Dan and Laura were quick to respond to our initial inquiry. Their bid was competitive and totally fair. Dan explained everything to us in terms of what they were going to do, exactly when they were going to do it, and why they needed to do it the way they were doing it. They showed up on our job site at least 5 or 6 times to make sure that everything that was supposed to be happening was. They were super responsive to our communications throughout the whole project. Their installer, Daniel, was professional, hard-working, punctual, very knowledgable, and did very impressive work with our vinyl tile (PVT) flooring. He even did a great job cleaning up and organizing the tools that he needed to leave overnight. We found this business to be entirely trustworthy, an excellent value for our money, a genuine pleasure to work with, and folks that we'd still happily invite over for dinner when it was all said and done. They'll be the only ones we call in the future for flooring and tiling projects, and we will be passing their information along with our full endorsement to our friends, family, and colleagues. If you're looking for a family-owned business that actually cares about their work and your satisfaction, look no further. You found 'em."

"Mark Seifert, the owner, called me as soon as my request for estimates was posted. We met the next day and he clearly explained everything to me so I hired him. The project (luxury vinyl planks over sheet vinyl) started faster than he originally said. Jeff and Sean were excellent professional installers. End result is a beautiful floor in kitchen, breakfast room, dining room and laundry room. And Mark came by three times to see how things were progressing. I highly recommend Seifert's Flooring."

"Julio did an excellent job with my home. He didn’t only provide a competitive price for his work, he also found alternative ways to save me money during the work, without compromising quality, something very difficult to find from contractors. Later, we ran into a little issue with our floor which was not his fault but it was related to his job, however, he came back quick to fix it, and did a good job with it. I waited on writing this review until I felt the job out for over a month and can say with certainty that no curves were cut. Quality and price were perfect! I’ll be calling Julio back to do more jobs in the future."

"I was a little confused as I was assured by sales person my flooring was waterproof but was told by installers the floor was water resistant not waterproof. I Contacted Empire but never received a response so was a little disappointed.Question has not been answered."
