"Being a disabled veteran it gets hard finding a good company. Yet, this company went way above and beyond for me. I had a minor leak coming from my roof that made its way into a basement room. Victor, my amazing repair person, found a small hole the previous builder hid at initial construction at the corner of second floor slash roof. The flashing wasnt done right and the hole allowed the water to work its way down. After 20yrs of this minor leaking it destroyed my wall, damaged the rock, and even worked its way to the beginning of the flooring above the basement room. The pictures show what 20yrs of a tiny leak can do. What a simple minor leak looked like, was actually a monster that damaged alot. They fixed everything to perfection, even found a second minor issue after fixing the flashing. The rain was also working its way behind gutter and because he was working in the rain he fixed that too. Yes he was working in rain. I couldn't ask for a better job done. Google has more detail"

"The owner of the company came out for an estimate I requested for a leak over our front door. He was prompt, courteous and took pictures of the issue. The quote was reasonable. He took pictures of "the before", I okayed the work, the leak was fixed the next morning. We were emailed all the finished pictures immediately upon completion, In addition, I asked him to take pictures of anything else that was an issue, he did and sent me a quote for all of it. We decided to have it all done. The owner communicated every step of the way, he and his crew were efficient and did a good job with clean up. The roof looks great and most importantly does not leak. I waited to write this review until we were in the midst of rain this week. Ultimate Roofing was the only company that didn't turn their nose up to us and say they only replace roofs, not repair them.
