The work quality was up to my expectations and they were quick to fix anything I was unhappy with. The only issue I had was the long time it took to complete the project. Two weeks turned into two months because not all the materials were ordered, plus we had to wait on BigHorn's painting subcontractor to become available. However, I was more concerned about a good job over the length of time to complete the project. I would use them again. Phil. S"

"We were told that before the colored stucco would be applied we would see a sample of the stucco. We never saw a sample and the color with our original choice was applied to about a third of the house and we decided the color wasn't quite what we wanted and we asked about the sample we were supposed to see first. It ended up costing us a significant amount of money to redo the stucco in a different color, despite us not having seen a sample we were told we would be able to see first."

However, they no-showed the first two times I had them scheduled without calling, and took more than a month to complete a fairly simple job, probably because they were waiting on a supplier. I would know for sure if they were better communicators. I had to call and ask questions. I also had to have them come back a couple of times to finish jobs correctly. In the pick two dilemma - price, speed, or quality - they're good for price and quality if you are patient and diligent about following up. If you need it done fast and right the first time, find someone else and be prepared to pay a higher price."
