This included ripping off all of the old shingles and tar paper, repairing some damaged sheathing, replacing all of the drip edge, tar paper, ice guard, and new architectual shingles. During the installation, the team accidentally dented one piece of the fascia and Jesse replaced it at no cost immediately. "I AM LIVID WITH THEIR SERVICE. My husband and I have been living in our home 4 years without a single issue with our cooling system. We had UGI come out to "service" our system and said everything looked great....2 months later something with our compressor blew...that was $400. Then this morning, less than 30 days later, we apparently needed a brand new thermostat.....another $400 and guess what? MY HOUSE IS STILL NOT COOLING DOWN. So I called and said how it is absolutely ridiculous that there is still an issue especially after charging us to "fix" the thermostat. I am obviously frustrated.
