The only negative was the pace of the work. It started a bit slow. However, I understand that this kind of work is subject to changes in the weather and so I did not complain because I understood what the builder is up against. You have to trust that your work will get done as quickly as they are able to finish up other projects in order to devote full time to your project. The outcome is worth your patience.
