"Dean showed up in the time window he gave me. Friendly, and answered any questions i had about the dryer. He even suggested i blow out the vent pipe with a leaf blower. He was courteous and cleaned up all debris from the dryer exhaust. He saved us a lot by fixing the thermostat, and now we don’t have to buy a new appliance. He did a great job! "My brother hired Josh and his team to renovate a townhouse purchased for our family. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. The project was not completed within the original timeline, and several aspects of the work required follow-up to be addressed properly. Some trim and baseboard work appeared incomplete until it was specifically pointed out, and the overall quality of the painting did not meet the standard we anticipated. Multiple subcontractors were used throughout the project, which seemed to contribute to inconsistencies in workmanship.
