"Joe was fantastic in resolving these repairs at my mother's 100 year old house. Working through a federal program for funding, Joe provided the estimate quickly and within budget. He was able to find era-appropriate flooring for the porch. He also installed much safer handrails on the steps up from the street to the porch and corrected the unsafe side entry by installing a sturdy platform and step. "Called on Wednesday 08/17/20 talked with owner Mr. Kamienski. He explained what had to be done and gave me his price over the phone. Said he could come out to do the repairs on Saturday 08/20/20 and was there right on time (actually he was early). When he and his wife arrived they both got right to work. He explained why and what he was doing as they worked. Came prepared to do the job and worked steady until it was completed. Also they were very through in their cleanup. They work very well as a team , each knowing they role in the process. We have had a few heavy rains since the repairs and have had no issues with water leakage. I would not hesitate to hire them again."

"Went ok. They came with some tubes of caulk. Basically everything they did I could have done myself for literally less than $20-30 dollars. They don't go up on ladders to caulk higher windows in home. Not even sure what they did in my basement or what they did to improve air leaks throughout the rest of my home. Again. A few tubes of caulk and I could have tackled on my own."
