"It went well, it took about a week. They were very professional and polite. The lead plumber answered any and all questions we had with detail with no problem. Other companies that we got quotes for would have charged us the same price but only doing half the job. And those other companies did not include dry wall patching. Icon Plumbing came in with a competitive price, the workers had great proffessional deminers, and didn't leave my home with holes in the walls. Very happy with the service, I would recomend them to any of my family members. I did not include the actual price only because I know its a competitive buisiness and didn't want to put them out. Just know that they charged me the same price for the whole house as other companies in town wanted to charge just to do just the pipe in the attic(the over hang)."

"These guys showed up in less than 2 hours, looked at my minor leak and did a simple test and told me what the real problem was.... and it was kind of serious. More than what I thought. 2 hours later, the pipe and pressure regulator were fixed properly, and I can rest assured that the building will not flood due to high pressure water going where it's not supposed to. "For a while, I was really always it seems that anytime I needed something, I couldn't get it timely. The first they would ask, for instance, when my air conditioning went out I had them and it's well have you maintained it. The application being that if you couldn't produce maintenance records they weren't going to do it. So on air conditioner was unhappy. They shocked me . I had a recent leak inside the loft. They sent somebody out here. They really did a good job on it. They were timely. A leak within the draining system inside the wall, I was getting water damage down the wall. They sent a plumber out. He opened up the wall and replaced the piping in there and then patched the wall back up. They don't do finish work on their patch up but hey do the patch. He was a pretty sharp young man. He was responsive. He came and he needed some things. he went and got them. He came right back. That was one that I was wondering if they were even going to do caus they'd been going on for a while. It was a drainage pipe in the wall. It was a manufacturing defect that had probably leaked from some early years of the home and got progressively worse until I could hear it. Actually when I would turn on the water on a certain faucet I could hear it drip down onto a fireplace. That's how I knew what it was. They don't do the finish. You do the finish. They do the patch. The only reason I kept them was because they showed me a different face with that repair. Before it seemed like everything you wanted they had a reason not to do it."
