"They did exactly as they told me, they were on time , only charged for one service call even though they came twice and the price very reasonable . But, the main thing was the communication, keeping me informed on the progress of the parts ordered, even sent a picture by text when it arrived. Both times the serviceman, Ronald came, I received a text asking what time I would like to schedule his appointment, another text when he was headed my way along with his picture, a picture of the van he drove, and how long he had worked for the company. When he arrive, he was very professional and courteous, accessed the problem in very little time, then placed the order for the part. I told them, I need my oven working for Thanksgiving. The part was overnighted arrived on Wednesday morning, he arrived that afternoon replaced the part and was done. The owner Greg called me to check to see if we were pleased, if the oven was working properly and to say Happy Thanksgiving! I have not experienced any service like this ever, a lot of other businesses should take note, this is how business should be run and what all customers are looking for Kudos to Mr. Appliance. "VERY friendly gentleman, and was quite responsive to my calls and inquiries.  Our refrigerator is a higher end model with all the circuit boards, bells and whistles and was pretty complicated to service.  As such, work had to be coordinated through the factory instead of relying on the skills of the technician.  Long story short, it took just short of 4 weeks to get our fridge back up and running, and what a LONG 4 weeks that was.  I have plenty of positive opinions of his work, cleanliness and ease of communication "to", the only negative comments I would have is that he was poor to communicate to me what was going on (long delays) and I had to reach out for the information and ultimately a press to get some expediting to get the job completed as we were getting that abandoned feeling at the end. <br /> Good chance I'll call on him again as I'm pleased with his work, just wish he'd been a bit more forthcoming with the information. <br />"
