"I am a real estate agent and property manager and Michael did repairs at numerous properties. He totally remodeled a high dollar condominium that I was selling and did an amazing job which allowed the client to make top dollar. He also has done numerous small jobs at several other of my properties. In addition to doing great work at a very reasonable price, several of my female tenants have asked me to make sure Michael did the work because they told me he is very nice and is a handsome man whom they enjoyed looking at. I know that is not important, but thatâ ll give the ladies an extra benefit . The bottom line is, he does great work and is very reasonably priced"

"We hired them to remodel our bedroom, great job, very reliable, highly recommended."

"Hired Kings of Clean after having prior experience with their sister company, Cincinnati Gutter Boys. Like my experience with Cincinnati Gutter boys, the service, professionalism, and job quality was outstanding. It was a HUGE job (picture is for a portion of only the top deck), with a lot of need for coordination, but they took it on at a very fair price and did an amazing job. Even our general contractor's finish carpenter commented on what a great job they did and in my experience, contractors rarely praise someone else's work. Special recognition to Travis, who went the extra mile and went out of his way to communicate with us in a timely and proactive fashion. I would highly recommend them for any size job you have."

"Erick Soder with A & E Repair came out early and did a great job installing my mail post and box. I am pleased and I will certainly call them the next time I have a project. Thank you."

"I would strongly recommend this company. Jack went above and beyond what any other company would’ve done. Jack and his crew are very professional, punctual and kind."

"I called and Raphael came the same day. Had the repair complete in under an hour. He explained the repair to me as he was doing it and how to maintain the door so I won't need this fix again. I knew exactly what it would cost before he started."

"We hired Roman to help us bring our deck up to code, as it had been constructed improperly by another contractor. He was able to identify all the problems without me having to show him, and had solutions for trouble spots. We really appreciated how easy he was to talk to, the transparency he provided, and how quickly he was able to resolve the issues. Our main concern was safety and after working with Roman, we are 100% confident in his work. We'll definitely hire him again for future projects."

"Had to call back because my leak was not repaired. Showed up the next morning and fixed. Very polite."

"This project is scheduled to be completed on May 4th or 5th. They have kept in touch with me and checked back several times to see how things were progressing."

"I highly recommend House Doctors Of Grapevine. They fixed a challenging problem with my deck and made sure I was completely satisfied with the end result. Both Corey and Kirk are totally truthful and dedicated to their work."
