"Company was responsive to my phone calls.   Gave me a detailed written estimate.  I had already been to their website and had learned quite a bit about fencing.  I had received a total of five quotes and this company was the only one to point out that a permit was needed in my city.  Other contractors, when asked about permits, had lied and said they weren't necessary.  That was a black mark against them.



The crew came out as scheduled on a Thursday morning and demolished the existing fence and dug post holes for the new fence.  They installed a temporary plastic fence and left.   A truck delivered materials around 11 am and the crew came back that afternoon and set the posts in cement.  They were back at 7:30 on Friday and began to assemble the fence.  It was made of Western Red Cedar with cedar rails.  It was finished with a cedar top cap and a pressure treated rotboard along the bottom.



After a week, I noticed that one of the boards had split vertically, and they came out and replaced the board. The fence looks good and passed it's permit inspection!

"This was a worry-free, done-right experience. Extensive work done on lake home, including railings for dock walkway, moving an iron gate and replacing with an automatic-opening one, a gate for the deck fencing, railing for the house walkway. Upon completion, there was nothing that needed correction. He also installed a Sunsetter retractable awning for us which was a good savings since we purchased it from Costco. "It took the two man crew about two and half days to build the fence in really hot weather and they did an excellent job. Tim Brewers quote was the lowest quote but the workmanship and material are top notch. I had thought about building the fence myself but I could not have matched their work without taking a lot of my time. I did do the demo on the old fence and I will stain the new fence after the cedar has had time to dry. I did get a quote on just the material and it came in around $3k. The extra I paid to have FenceWorks build the fence was will worth it. I can highly recommend Tim Brewer and the FenceWorks Fence Co. to anyone in need of fence work.

"Fox and Hart replaced my back fence. They were prompt, courteous and did an EXCELLENT job. Their attention to detail was remarkable and they were even very careful to not trample on the flowers along the fence line. They also did a great job of clean up, removing the old fence and picking up any old nails. I would definitely recommend them."
