"The repair went very well! I made an appointment with the dispatcher. I explained that the problem was faulty zone not working on my sprinkler system. She explained the hourly rate as well as the possible problems and cost associated with those problems once isolated. Michael (tech) was scheduled to come to my home the next day. Michael diagnosed the issue and found that there as a faulty valve. While he was working, I followed Michael around, watched him work, and asked a bunch of questions about my system.
