"My parents contacted Halo to repair their front porch. James provided an estimate that was reasonable for the scope of work. The job was completed quickly and for the qouted price. After they left, my mother found that one side of the gutter was not done the way she had expected and there was also a slight leak where two sections of gutter were joined. She contacted James and he came back (the first day it was not raining) to finish out the gutter the way my parents wanted and to repair the leak. There was no additional charge for the second visit.
