"The service was excellent! They arrived to pick up the vehicle a day earlier which was great. They delivered the vehicle right to my daughter's door and found a side street to unload. The service was delivered within the time frame given. All of my questions were answered via phone or email and the paperwork was seamless and the price was very reasonable."

"esInitially it started out well but as is typical in this industry, things start to fall off. He is able to do most phases of construction but prefers trimwork. The scope of work that we had didn't fit where he wanted to be. If it was a single job that he was being hired for, I think he would be good. He did good work but we do a lot of custom stuff and that throws our subs off sometimes. Super nice guy and I felt that he was trustworthy.
"

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair. The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time.
Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot.
I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction.
WRS

"

"Mr Spurgin was consistently professional, inquisitive, and courteous. He was sure to let me know that he wanted this project to reflect what I wanted it to be. At the same time, he was willing to offer suggestions or advice if I seemed hesitant in not knowing what I might want. The work was quick, clean, reasonable and really, I coulldn't be happier with the results. It's one of the pieces in the house that always garners attention for its bold statement and practicality. For my next project, Home Improvement 4 Less gets first dibs!"

"Our half bath was cramped, outdated, and ugly. The pink sink wasn't bad, but the pink toilet was awful. It had been a kitchen pantry before the previous owners remodeled the kitchen and bath. An odd thing: they had moved the entry for the bathroom but left the old pantry door; it opened to the back of the drywall of the kitchen!
Aaron ripped out everything but the floor and the "new" bathroom door (this was the really nice feature of the previous remodel. It is an old confessional door from a church). He added some studs, put up insulation (there was none...brrr!), and drywalled the room (including the door to nowhere).
The floor only covered about two-thirds of the space because the old cabinets and counter were built in. Aaron did a great job adding more tile (and we had extra tile left by previous owners) to complete the floor. He gave us the weekend to paint the empty room (although he would have painted if we wanted).
Aaron came back Monday and did a superb job installing the vanity and toilet we had purchased, plus rehanging the original mirror/light. He had also put up the stained trim he'd worked on over the weekend at home. The trim now matches the confessional door. The door had never latched for us and in a few minutes Aaron was able to move part of the frame over so it now works.
We love the way the bathroom looks and spent the next week walking in there just to admire the changes.
Aaron is a complete professional and a really good guy. He was very careful and cleaned up after himself every day.
We plan to have Aaron build a screened-in porch when the weather gets nice.
"
