"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

The kitchen cabinets now look brand new. Their attention to detail was most appreciated. I would use Lee again for any future painting needs. I also appreciated the fact that it took maybe one day longer than what was anticipated because Lee wanted to repaint the upper doors on the cabinets. I offered to pay him 90% for the job since it was going to take one day longer (paying the remainder when job was finished) and he said No, he wanted to make sure I was happy with the job before I wrote the check for the total job.
