"Overall, work was satisfactory. Be sure to specify exactly what you want done. For larger furniture pieces, I would recommend they use a dollie, have straps & moving blankets. I had to provide additional labor to move my repaired cabinet. It would improve their customer service to be more professional in handling this part of project.
