He explained how he was going to repair it and placed the new ice shield/flashing and tied it in with the existing counter flashing against the brick in the valley. Responses to our inquiry were met promptly, and he set proper expectations that he was very busy and it would take him a few weeks to get to our home for an estimate.  We advised we were willing to wait and we did not have to follow-up.  As soon as he had an opening he was calling us to see if we were available (much sooner than he had set our expectation.

Upon review our repair needs he was clear on exactly what needed to be corrected.  He provided us with "what he would fix", which was just to add screens where we had the heaviest leaf fall.  He also provided us a quote if we wanted the screening in all gutters, but was clear he did not think we needed it.  The price for the extra screening was very reasonable so we went for the full gutter screening.  We scheduled a date for two weeks later for him to do the work (it was approaching Christmas) on December 30th.

The next service totally exceeded our expectations.  He reached out to us when he heard of the bad weather, heavy rain fall & winds) coming to the area.  Knowing we had a problem of bad leaf clogging in the rear of our house, he called and asked if he could come by quickly and clean out that bad gutter before he started his regularly scheduled day. He didn't want us having any flooding before he was able to repair everything.  He showed up swiftly, cleared out the badly clogged gutter and went to fulfill his prior obligations.

He arrived bright & early on 12/30 to perform our contracted work, went right to work.  His work was high quality and he went above and beyond to make sure everything along our roof lines, etc. were in good shape (we had told him we were concerned we had easy access for squirrels or raccoons to get inside) assuring us we did not need further work.

I would add that another gutter specialist had told us we needed all new gutters and a new roof on their assessment, so you can imagine how happy we were to deal with someone that was so client service orientated, professional and ethical.

He now has a customer for life!
