They also installed the shower and shower faucet. Since we have septic, there was a roughed in sump pit that had to have an ejector pump they installed one too. I had used Roto-Rooter before and when I checked Angie's List , I saw that their ratings were essentially satisfactory and decided to try them again. <br /> The person who scheduled the same day appointment was very pleasant and the technician,Frank, was a steady, efficient worker who accomplished the root removal in a timely manner. Unfortunately that did not solve the toilet flushing problem. He next set about determining how to correct it. It turned out the toilet needed a number of parts replaced to function properly (fill valve, wax ring, flex line, floor bolts and caps) which he effectively accomplished. <br /> I thought the price charged was fair for the work performed. <br />"

"Ken and Alex adjusted the pump and tank and also removed a part from the shower head. Presto: much better pressure. The gurgling was a tougher problem. It turns out the vent stack was clogged with acorns and other stuff. First they tried rodding it with a hand held device. That failed. However, then they dragged a much larger rodder onto the roof (not an easy task), and cleared the clogged vent that way. No more gurgling! They did an excellent job in about 90 minutes total."
