"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

"We called Letts Tree Trim, they quickly got us on the schedule. On the day of, they arrived promptly with the right equipment to remove that ugly tree hanging over the house. The crew were polite and professional and safely took down the tree with a quickness. When they were finished with the tree, the clean up was top notch also. "My husband purchased the work from Groupon. It was for 3 hours of drywall. We had some minor drywall repairs around our door frames. It took forever to get a response. My husband had to call a few times. Rick was polite when he and my husband spoke. I spoke with Rick to arrange the date and he told me I would not be charged for the plaster since it took so long to schedule and that a special kind of quick dry plaster would be used so that it could be sanded the same day. <br /> Once scheduled, the worker was polite and arrived on time. However he missed plastering around one of the door frames and charged me $50 for the materials. He also did not use the quick dry plaster so it was not sanded. <br /> <br />"

"I chose this company because they'd done a neighbors' concrete and they were pleased with the experience and the sealant that was used doesn't change the appearance like most do. <br />   When I first contacted them they were booked ahead with big jobs. They could get to me by mid-June, but would fit my job in earlier if possible. They did, several weeks earlier. <br />   They cleaned my driveway, personal walk and patio, public sidewalk, and curb. Special care was given to the highly dirty/mildewed areas. I pointed out some decorative border stones and a repaired area that would be fragile and he took care to not damage those (or anything else).  <br />   They discussed whether the water-based or solvent-based sealant would be better given the age of my concrete (and the tendency to mildew). The solvent-based was used with special attention to those areas prone to mildew. <br />   They kept me well-informed re: what was being done and what I can expect going forward. <br />   I'm LOVING the clean look and also seeing water just bead up on top!! <br />   I didn't give an 'A' re: price, but it may have been competitive re: what I had done and the products/tools used. I hadn't gotten any other prices since I knew I wanted them to do it."
