Even throughout a global pandemic, an unusually rainy March and a ruptured appendix, the job site was always buttoned down and watertight before the crew left for the day. Brent suggested that oversized gutters and downspouts might be an open for my home given the size and pitch of my roof since I was replacing them anyway. He was right and they look great. I wasn't aware there were larger gutters even available. Brent also took it upon himself to go above and beyond by ordering matching black drip edge and vent pipe housings to match my shingle color. I was not able to be at home when the work was being done and told Cesar to replace any rotted wood that need to no replaced. He told me how many boards were bad and made sure it was ok to replace them. When I returned home, the boards were in the front yard to let me know exactly how many boards were replaced. The roof and gutters look amazing. Hernandez Roofing takes pride in the work they provide, the owner was present for the work being done on the roof and came back to inspect the gutters after they were completed. All of the debris was removed when the work was completed and they walked the property with us to make sure nothing was missed and we were happy with the work that was done.
