I was able to initially text, share photos of the problem areas, and talk live directly with the plumber before he even came out, which enabled a more accurate diagnosis and detailed estimate of both time and expense involved. Jan was very knowledgeable, patient with all my questions, and very respectful of our personal space and circumstances (I care for my senior mom, who has advanced dementia). "Mattco has been performing repairs and regular plumbing maintenance at my 116 year old Chicago 2-flat for many years. Over time with experience I have gained trust in Mattco Plumbing to get me out of big jams with the plumbing in this old building. Just recently Matt repaired the 2nd floor toilet drain line in the ceiling above my 1st floor bathroom in a very tight spot.
