Remember, on structures built before 1978, have to be tested for lead before any work is done. It is illegal for any person to do work on a structure built prior to 1978 that hasn't been tested for lead and if lead is present it is illegal for any person to work on that structure that is not certified by the EPA. $34,000.00 fine for not complying.

Recently, our family business has down sized as an owner operated construction business in order to efficiently meet the needs of our customers and provide them with the skills and expertise that we are equipped with, allowing us to handle any job.
