Bringing a tablet and a keyboard attachment for paperwork and signing documents electronically. Calling up other employees and putting them on speaker phone for a more accurate quote. Never once trying to turn one job into 10 jobs or pretend the world was exploding and we needed more money to save the day. Just a smooth process beginning to end. Will hire again.
