"They did a great job. Fabi reached out over text, I sent some pictures and they were able to give me a very reasonable quote for the fix. When we hired them they were able to come the next business day. The texted to confirm the address in the morning and showed up on time. The fence was fixed in just 3 hours and their quote was very close to accurate, which we always appreciate. The fence looks excellent, they event worked around a neighbor’s tree and stump to get the job done. If we need more fence repair we will definitely be calling again!"

"Ramiro came and gave us an estimate as requested. He was professional and his reviews were excellent. Because of the Stay at Home Order due to COVID-19 we had to wait for 6 weeks before the job could be done. Ramiro scheduled our job for June 8th. On June 8th we received a call that the fence posts were not delivered. Ramiro thought they would be delivered on June 10th. We gave him an extra day and thus started our build on June 11th. From there everything went according to plan. We are very pleased with the job that Ramiro did. It is a "Nice View Fence." And we will likely have him come back next year to replace our 20 year old fence with another "Nice View Fence." We would definitely hire Ramiro again."

"This is our second time hiring Fence Tech NW. We were very happy with the previous portion of a fence repair and are happy with the two new gates. Working with Mike was very smooth- he gave us a quote shortly after checking the yard, started shortly after we said yes, and the price was as quoted. "The porch of our house (built in 1984) had rotted out and needed to be replaced. We wanted to use a synthetic material (e.g. Trek) so that we wouldn't need to paint or worry about decay. We collected a few bids and estimates from other companies, but they were double our expectations for a small porch replacement. Tom at Eastside Fence and Deck not only provided a reasonable and fair estimate, he took the time to go over all our options and let us choose the porch we wanted. He also spent time teaching us a lot about how porches are constructed and how his crew would be able to ensure proper rain runoff, match the slope of the steps up to our front door, and how everything would be to code. Tom's estimate detailed all the materials and was clear about the work. He double checked again before ordering the materials. It made us feel informed and in control. The crew was incredible. They demo'ed the old porch in a couple of hours and in a couple of days the porch was done. They did a ton of measurement to make sure it was exactly leveled and rock solid. It was exactly to what was specified and they did a perfect job on the railing and facing. Our house looks beautiful from the street and the porch is a pleasure to use. We are incredibly happy with the result. I can't recommend Eastside Fence and Deck enough. They are craftsmen, friendly and easy to work with, and get the job done quickly. I plan on hiring them for all future fence and deck work."

"From scheduling to completion, Contour Fence NW, LLC had both equally excelled and stumbled throughout installing our fence. The stumbling included failure to update the customer on scheduling changes, an incorrectly measured gate and a failure to correct that mistake the first time.But, they also were responsive when challenged by addressing those issues and apologized when it mattered. I believe this is not the same Contour Fence NW, LLC from a few years ago. So if you've been hesitating, maybe give them a shot. But, as always, your experience will vary. Note, the lack of 5-star review is associated with the customer service challenges related to scheduling and attempts to resolve any mistakes. Beyond that, the workmanship (once completed), the materials, the office staff and ownership were all positive."
