"Spencer construction repaired the damaged brickwork on my house after a stolen car ran into the house at high speed. The damages occurred around a brick surround for a support pillar and also effected brickwork between two garage doors. Kevin paid attention to ensure that the replacement bricks matched the damaged ones. He also was able to cut appart undamaged bricks so that they could be reused and make the repair look as if the incident had never happenned. He protected the mortar from rain while it was drying. As an experienced 3rd generation mason, he did everything right. He was the best of 6 masons I interviewed. I would not hestitate to recommend him to others. "NGL was very attentive to detail throughout the project. The crew are artists - creating curves around tree trunks and some planting beds, which require that each stone on the curve be cut, but the results are gorgeous. The walls to terrace the yard had to deal with a slope, so a "swoop" was constructed that draws your eye and keeps the wall at appropriate height. Steep front yard grass removed and garden soil installed in newly terraced areas. Really like the choice of pavers - including a dark gray border and dark capstones on walls. Work done ahead of schedule, all old concrete, timbers and bricks removed, no surprises, very nice people."

"very good. built approximately 140 feet of rock wall to replace old timbers. dug up parts of slanted lawn and put in layer of mulch. built a 6" high slate patio approximately 140 sq. '. replaced old ramp to upper lawn with a nicely angled sodded ramp . nice to go up with rider. added river run gravel around slate and flower beds. Joey was careful to put down plywood on lawns to run their equipment back and forth so grass wouldn't be torn up. removed choke berry hedge. removed all refuse made sure area was cleaned up. the young men working with Joey were very courteous and friendly as were joey and Randy. project took about 2 weeks since putting up rock wall and slate patio was like putting a jigsaw puzzle together. cost was $14,000, plus 2 dozen fresh baked cookies and fresh plums off of tree behind project. would definitely hire again"

"We requested a bid for our project on Thursday night. Ana came out Saturday to see the scope of what we needed. She had our bid to us within a couple of hours and it was almost exactly what we thought the job should cost. We hired her without even getting a 2nd bid. Her guys (3 of them) came out the following Friday, started before 8, and stayed until after 7. They worked their butts off! Our brick patio is PERFECT! We could not be more pleased!
